Great article. Setting up an online business usually has its focus on the "almighty sale". It's all very exciting when the money starts coming in. But once the money is taken, all too often the next sale is the focus and the previous customer becomes a mere nuisance factor. A strong online business will nurture the customer and finalise a sale only when the customer receives the goods and any discrepancies are followed up. It's really just good business ethics!
