The role predominantly focuses on pre sales enquiries and customer service support in relation to returns, warranties and use of products.
You need to have had experience in handling customer enquires by telephone and via email in a professional and friendly manner. You also will understand that evey point of contact with a customer or potential customer has to be executed in a way that the customer always finishes off with a satisfactory outcome.
